MINERAL TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM
A technology system for the local production of mineral building materials based on qualified regional raw materials and the partner’s existing manufacturing infrastructure.
4Bricks s.r.o. develops, protects and adapts the ECOS technology system for building-material manufacturers. We act as a technology partner and do not rely on building our own network of factories as the basis for scaling.
The manufacturing partner already has the site, equipment, personnel, raw-material relationships, production capabilities and market. 4Bricks adds the ECOS technology, raw-material qualification, adaptation, development of a specific Application Configuration, implementation support and technology control.
The technical and commercial structure of each project is defined individually according to the market, production site, raw-material base, selected application, required performance and cooperation model.

ECOS is not one universal product or one fixed formulation. Each Application Configuration is adapted, tested and verified separately for the relevant raw materials, production site and application.

Through technology licensing or, in selected projects, technology partnership. Ownership of the technology and confidential know-how remains under 4Bricks control.

Rather than transferring one universal formulation, ECOS is adapted to qualified regional raw materials, the production site and local manufacturing conditions.

The manufacturer uses its own site, equipment, team, supply chain and market channels instead of building a new production system from scratch.

Each Application Configuration follows its own testing and technical verification programme. Results from one configuration do not automatically apply to another.

ECOS can use qualified local mineral components and may reduce dependence on conventional cement. Actual performance depends on the specific configuration.

Inclusion of an application within the ECOS architecture does not mean that every configuration has already been tested or is ready for industrial launch. Each Application Configuration requires its own adaptation and validation.

The first independent ECOS proof relates to a specific plaster Application Configuration tested by ITC Zlín. It demonstrates the measured performance of that configuration and does not constitute certification of the ECOS platform as a whole.
Two cooperation models
MODEL 01
Technology Licensing
The partner receives agreed rights to use ECOS for a defined territory, production site and/or Application Configuration. 4Bricks provides technology preparation, adaptation, implementation support and ongoing technology support.
The commercial structure may include an initial licence payment, an ongoing technology fee / TSF / royalty and separate terms for expanded rights.
MODEL 02
Technology Partnership
In selected projects, 4Bricks may participate as the technology partner. The local partner provides production, market access, operations and agreed capital, while 4Bricks provides technology, know-how, adaptation, implementation and technology control.
In selected agreed projects, the structure may include an equity participation by 4Bricks of up to 34%. This is neither mandatory nor automatic and is determined individually.
Under both models, ownership of the technology, critical know-how and controlled technology documentation remains with 4Bricks.
