4Bricks s.r.o. is a technology company that develops and protects the ECOS mineral technology system. We do not build our own network of plants and do not sell ready-made construction mixes as our core product. Our role is to connect ECOS technology with the existing production infrastructure, local raw materials, and the manufacturing partner’s market.
ECOS is a managed mineral technology system for the development and local production of construction materials based on qualified regional raw materials. The system combines the ECOS technological core, local mineral components, functional adaptation, a specific application configuration and confirmation of the required performance characteristics.
ECOS is not a single universal formula or a single finished product. For each manufacturing partner, the raw-material characteristics, site specifics, production conditions and selected application are taken into account. After raw-material qualification, the specific configuration is adapted, verified and prepared for industrial implementation.
This approach makes it possible to use one technology architecture for different application configurations, while each specific configuration is developed and confirmed separately.
The ECOS technological core and a substantial part of the adaptation methods are protected as confidential know-how. Public materials describe the principles and architecture of the system without disclosing formulations, process ranges, internal methods or other confidential parameters.
4Bricks s.r.o. develops, protects and adapts ECOS for existing manufacturers of construction materials, using a technology-licensing or technology-partnership model depending on the specific project.
ECOS is not a universal formula. For each project, the technological core is combined with qualified local raw materials and functional adaptation to form a specific application configuration.
One technology platform may support multiple application configurations, but the results of one configuration do not automatically apply to other applications, raw-material bases or production sites.
The manufacturing partner retains its production site, team, market and operations. 4Bricks provides the ECOS technology system, adaptation, implementation, know-how and technology control. The cooperation model is selected according to the market, project, risks and economics.
The manufacturer receives an agreed right to use ECOS technology for a defined territory, production site and specific application configuration.
In selected projects, 4Bricks may participate not only as a licensor but also as the technology partner of a local project.
4Bricks scales ECOS through the existing production infrastructure of its partners — without the need to build and own factories in every new market.
Discuss a cooperation model →ECOS provides a technological basis for different construction materials, but each use case is treated as a separate application configuration — with its own adaptation, testing and performance verification.
The choice of application depends on local raw materials, production equipment, market requirements and the technical qualification programme of the specific project.
ECOS is protected by a combination of registered rights, patent strategy, confidential documentation and closed technological know-how.
Utility Model CZ 39162 U1
Registered Czech utility model covering a one-component dry construction mix based on alkali-activated materials with a low Portland cement content.
One of the early technological solutions associated with the development of ECOS. The performance of a specific application configuration is confirmed separately through test results and applicable technical documentation.
Utility Model CZ 39509 U1
Registered Czech utility model covering a modular construction system for forming a monolithic mineral wall structure with integrated channels for reinforcement, mineral infill and building services.
A separate engineering solution, ECOS Smart Monolith. Its structural and performance characteristics are confirmed separately through calculations, testing and applicable technical documentation.
Utility Model CZ 39629 U1
Registered Czech utility model covering a specialised ECOS mineral system for forming a porous structure of a construction material.
Rights holder: 4Bricks s.r.o. Inventor: Oleg Levchenko. Registration: Czech Republic, 2026.
ECOS can provide the technology foundation for different applications, but the regulatory framework, testing programme and verified performance are determined separately for each application configuration.
One ECOS plaster application configuration has undergone independent laboratory testing in the Czech Republic. The testing confirms measured performance for this specific configuration and does not constitute certification of the ECOS technology platform as a whole.
Each new application and production site follows its own technical qualification pathway.
ECOS technical and regulatory documentation is prepared for a specific application configuration, production site and project stage. The scope of materials depends on completed testing, validation procedures and the agreed level of access.

Where applicable and after completion of the relevant procedures.
After completion of the relevant independent environmental assessment.
Working instructions for the implementation and operation of a specific application configuration are provided to the partner within the agreed scope and are linked to the relevant raw materials, production site and process conditions.
Confidential formulations, process ranges, adaptation methods and internal procedures are not publicly disclosed. Access is defined by the NDA, licence or technology partnership framework.
ECOS complements the existing production infrastructure with a technology system that is adapted to local raw materials, equipment, the specific application and the required performance.
ECOS does not transfer one fixed composition from country to country. For each project, available mineral components are qualified, after which the application configuration is adapted to the raw materials, production site and required performance properties.
Each application configuration follows its own testing and technical-assessment programme. Results from one configuration are not transferred automatically to others.
Scaling is built around partners’ existing production sites, not around 4Bricks building its own network of plants.
The system can work with qualified regional raw materials and may reduce dependence on conventional cement. Actual figures depend on the specific application configuration.
A project may proceed through technology licensing or, in selected cases, through a technology partnership. The commercial structure is defined separately for each project.
Key formulations, process ranges, adaptation methods and internal procedures remain under 4Bricks control. The manufacturing partner receives only the agreed scope of use rights, technical information and support — under the specific licence or technology partnership.
Applicable standards, testing, conformity procedures and documentation are determined separately for each application configuration, market and production site.
