4BRICKS is an applied production direction of ECOS for the development, pilot manufacturing, manufactory production and subsequent industrial implementation of hyper-pressed mineral products.
The ECOS engineering base provides for the use of mineral compositions with a reduced share of clinker-containing components and the possibility of using secondary mineral raw materials. The status of each product is defined separately according to its development, testing, production preparation and regulatory verification stage.
This direction may be implemented through several production formats:
The Hyper Press segment of the ECOS platform implements production of hyper-pressed mineral construction products through technology licensing, integration into existing production lines, OEM and pilot formats. The status of specific products is defined separately according to their development, testing and production preparation stage.
Products are manufactured on the basis of mineral compositions developed within the ECOS platform. The technology allows for a reduced share of clinker-containing components and the use of secondary mineral raw materials depending on the product version and project requirements.
Products are formed by hyper-pressing under high pressure without a firing stage. This reduces energy consumption and lowers the carbon footprint of production.
The technology ensures high dimensional accuracy and stable product geometry. This accelerates the masonry process and reduces mortar consumption during construction.
The Hyper Press segment is part of the ECOS technology platform and integrates with other system directions, including dry mixes and engineering solutions for construction projects.
The Hyper Press segment of the ECOS platform includes several categories of hyper-pressed construction products designed for building, architectural and infrastructure projects. The materials are developed with a focus on strength, precise geometry and stable performance characteristics. Specific values depend on the product version, production format and test results.
Hyper-pressed mineral elements developed for wall, facade and architectural applications. The specific application scope, strength parameters and regulatory status are determined by the product version and test results.
Hyper-pressed paving elements for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. Specific load, frost resistance and durability values are determined by the product version and confirmed through testing.
Facade and decorative mineral elements used for architectural solutions, building cladding and public spaces within modern construction projects.
4Bricks is the commercial development, licensing and production integration centre for ECOS technology. The platform is focused on low-carbon mineral construction systems and compliance with EU requirements.
The Hyper Press segment implements hyper-pressing without firing on the basis of ECOS mineral compositions. Technical parameters, including geometric tolerances and strength characteristics, are defined by the product version and production format.
4Bricks is based in the Czech Republic. Industrial implementation and partner production is carried out through approved partners in agreed territories within the licensing and production model.
The Hyper Press segment of the ECOS platform implements production of hyper-pressed mineral products without firing. Technical parameters depend on the product version, production format and specific project conditions.
Production without a firing stage reduces energy consumption and carbon footprint. Use of secondary mineral raw materials is possible. Specific values depend on the product version and comparison baseline.
Hyper-pressing technology provides high geometric accuracy of products. Specific tolerances are determined by the product version and production parameters.
The products are developed with a focus on strength and frost resistance. Specific strength and frost resistance values are determined by the product version and confirmed through laboratory testing.
Possibility to develop products with channels for reinforcement and utilities. Adaptation for BIM and tender requirements β upon request within project cooperation.
Smooth surface texture and suitability for exposed structures. Specific aesthetic parameters are determined by the product version and production format.
The technological core of ECOS is protected as know-how. Partners receive only those parameters and documentation required for the agreed implementation format.
Answers to typical questions from industrial partners and project implementation participants.
Products are manufactured without firing by hyper-pressing on the basis of ECOS mineral compositions. The technology allows for reduced clinker dependency and the use of secondary mineral raw materials. Specific strength, geometric and environmental characteristics are defined by the product version and confirmed by laboratory testing.
Project-specific geometric adaptation, including channels for reinforcement and utilities, is considered within partner cooperation. Terms, scope and format are defined individually for each project.
Technical, regulatory and certification documents are provided upon official request within agreed cooperation. The scope of documentation depends on the product version, validation stage and implementation format. Regulatory basis: EN 771-3 β compliance in the process of confirmation.
Products are oriented towards compliance with EU regulatory requirements. Applicability in a specific project, including the B2G segment and green tenders, is determined separately taking into account the current regulatory status, jurisdiction and client requirements.
Technical characteristics are determined by the specific product version, production format and laboratory test results.
Strength, frost resistance, thermal conductivity, geometric accuracy and regulatory status parameters are provided upon official request within agreed cooperation.
