ECOS MIXES is a dry construction mix direction intended for technology licensing, integration into existing producer lines, pilot production, manufactory batches and subsequent industrial implementation.

The direction includes products at different stages of development, testing and production preparation. The specific product status, application scope and production format are defined separately for each project.

Material Architecture

ECOS Dry Mix represents a system of mineral dry construction mixes developed for masonry, plastering and repair works. The compositions are based on mineral blends with reduced cement content and are optimized for stable strength, adhesion and workability.

Masonry Mixes

Mineral masonry mortars for the construction of wall structures, providing stable strength, adhesion to mineral substrates and ease of use during masonry work.

Plastering Mixes

Dry mineral compounds for interior and exterior plastering, providing mortar plasticity, uniform application and stable performance characteristics.

Technological Requirements

Utility Model Protection

The ECOS technology platform includes solutions protected by a registered utility model and a confidential know-how system.

Utility model protection covers specific engineering solutions. Detailed formulations, process parameters, production modes and controlled ECOS components are not disclosed in public materials.

Certification and Regulatory Status

ECOS Dry Mix

The product is undergoing national certification in the Czech Republic in accordance with Government Regulation No. 163/2002 Sb. as a general construction material.
