ECOS SYSTEM is a combined wall construction system that integrates 4Bricks hyper-pressed mineral blocks, an internal vertical reinforced frame, ECOS Structural Infill mineral structural filler, and integrated vertical engineering channels.
The system is designed for low-rise and mid-rise construction (up to 3–5 floors), where load-bearing capacity is formed not only by the block itself but by the combined performance of the mineral shell and the internal reinforced core.

ECOS Dry Mix blends undergo national certification in the Czech Republic in accordance with Regulation No. 163/2002 Sb. as a general-purpose construction material. The product is not subject to mandatory CE marking and is designed with consideration of key requirements of CPR, REACH, and CLP.
Upon completion of the certification process, we will provide the full documentation package: Technický list, Declaration of Performance (DoP), Prohlášení o shodě, SDS, as well as laboratory test reports. EPD — preparation/validation upon request following completion of baseline regulatory validation and confirmation of LCA indicators.
ECOS dry construction mixes are manufactured using precise component dosing and thorough mixing on specialized equipment. The production process is designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency — without high-temperature firing, unlike traditional cement production.
The technology is based on the principles of circular economy, ESG, and low carbon footprint, allowing its use within the framework of new EU regulations — CPR, ESPR, GPP.
