ECOS Dry Mix is a line of next-generation mineral dry construction mixes developed for masonry, plastering and repair works. The compositions are based on mineral composites with reduced cement content and are optimized for stable strength, adhesion and workability.
The mixes are intended for use in construction and building renovation in accordance with European regulatory requirements. The formulas can be adapted to local raw materials and operating conditions, ensuring stable characteristics and compatibility with modern construction systems.
Material ArchitectureThe mineral composition is optimized to reduce clinker dependency, improve mix workability and ensure stable strength during masonry and plastering works.
ECOS Dry Mix represents a system of mineral dry construction mixes developed for masonry, plastering and repair works. The compositions are based on mineral blends with reduced cement content and are optimized for stable strength, adhesion and workability.
The mixes are based on mineral compositions with optimized cement content, providing stable strength, adhesion and compatibility with various construction substrates.
Dry mix formulas are adapted to local raw materials and application conditions, which allows maintaining stable performance characteristics for different construction tasks.
The use of mineral fillers and modifying components allows adjustment of strength, plasticity and technological properties of construction mixes.
ECOS Dry Mix compositions are compatible with modern construction systems and can be used for masonry, plastering and repair solutions within current construction standards.
The ECOS Dry Mix line includes several types of mineral dry mixes intended for masonry, plastering and repair works. The compositions are designed for stable strength, ease of application and compatibility with modern construction systems.
Mineral masonry mortars for the construction of wall structures, providing stable strength, adhesion to mineral substrates and convenient workability during masonry.
Dry mineral compositions for interior and exterior plastering, providing mortar plasticity, uniform application and stable performance characteristics.
Special mineral compositions for repair and restoration of construction structures, intended for local works and restoration of mineral substrates.
The ECOS technological platform is protected by a registered utility model.
The granted patent confirms the novelty and applied nature of the engineering solutions in the field of construction mixes and mineral composites with a minimal cement content.
Compositions and formulas are not disclosed. The patent establishes priority and legally confirms the protected status of the ECOS technology.
The product is undergoing national certification in the Czech Republic in accordance with Government Regulation No. 163/2002 Sb. as a general construction material.
The hyper-pressed product segment is designed to comply with EN 771-3 (concrete masonry units).
Full documentation package (TDS, DoP, test reports, SDS) is provided upon official request.
All official documents are available upon request or as part of cooperation. We provide complete technical, normative, and regulatory files confirming the compliance of ECOS with Czech and EU requirements.
ECOS Dry Mix blends undergo national certification in the Czech Republic in accordance with Regulation No. 163/2002 Sb. as a general-purpose construction material. The product is not subject to mandatory CE marking and is designed with consideration of key requirements of CPR, REACH, and CLP.
Upon completion of the certification process, we will provide the full documentation package: Technický list, Declaration of Performance (DoP), Prohlášení o shodě, SDS, as well as laboratory test reports. EPD — preparation/validation upon request following completion of baseline regulatory validation and confirmation of LCA indicators.
ECOS dry construction mixes are manufactured using precise component dosing and thorough mixing on specialized equipment. The production process is designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency — without high-temperature firing, unlike traditional cement production.
The technology is based on the principles of circular economy, ESG, and low carbon footprint, allowing its use within the framework of new EU regulations — CPR, ESPR, GPP.

Used in the construction of load-bearing and partition structures, as well as in base and finish coatings. Compliant with ČSN EN 998-1/2 and suitable for environmentally certified projects.
Suitable for cottages, terraces, extensions, and renovations. Thanks to the low carbon footprint, ECOS mixes are an ideal solution for energy-efficient homes and participation in Zelená úsporám programs.
Used for façades and exterior finishing of commercial facilities. Suitable for participation in green tenders and projects meeting GPP, EPD, and CPR (2026 version) requirements.
Optimal for leveling rough floors, screed bases, and preparatory layers. Free from toxic substances, safe for indoor use, and compliant with REACH.
ECOS materials are being tested in research laboratories to develop new composites and cement alternatives. Relevant for projects under ESPR and ESG initiatives.
Used in 3D printing, prefabricated panels, lightweight blocks, and other modern solutions. ECOS is integrated into sustainable development construction and supported by subsidies from EFEKT III and ENERG Praha.
ECOS is built on applied research and repeated testing. An optimization methodology for mineral compositions has been developed for defined performance targets.
Reduced clinker dependency and the option to use secondary mineral resources. Carbon indicators depend on product version and comparison baseline.
Composition optimization can reduce material and energy input depending on local feedstock and project requirements.
Developed with ČSN and framework principles of CPR / ESPR in mind. Compliance is established through testing and validation procedures.
Available in packaged and project-based formats. Storage and application conditions are defined in the technical documentation.
Formulations and key process parameters are protected. Technical characteristics and validation status are provided within cooperation.
We are open to long-term cooperation with manufacturers, construction companies, architects, and distributors. Based on our ECOS technology, it is possible to:
